Mineral Bath Soak

Sometimes you just need a moment away from it all.  Relax and melt away anxiety and stress and activate your soul with our mineral-rich bath salts.  Unwind in warm water rich with minerals, herbs, and essential oils.  Deeply therapeutic, aromatic, luxurious bath salts combat tension, helping you find peace with your world.

  • Dead Sea Salts – Cleanse, and soften your skin. The unique mineral composition gives this salt its therapeutic qualities for skin care. Known for their rich mineral content, dead sea salts contain up to 21 minerals that include magnesium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, zinc, and potassium.

  • Epsom salt – rich in magnesium and sulfate to help inflammation to relieve pain and muscle cramps, ease stress, and improve circulation.

  • Pink Himalayan salt – chock full of trace minerals (up to 84 different minerals) that give this salt its characteristic color.

To use:

  1. Pour 1-2 cap fulls of salts directly into tub under running water.  There is a reusable muslin bag included in every jar.  If you don't want to clean up the herbs after the bath, place the mixture in the bag, tie it shut, let the water run over that while filling the tub, and then throw the entire bag into the water. 
  2. Salt crystal sizes will affect the rate at which they dissolve.
  3. Tub sizes do vary, so adjust the amount of salts you use to your liking.
  4. Breathe deep and relax.
  5. Soak for 20-30 minutes and rinse if desired.


  • Unscented - This is great for those that are super sensitive to scents, or you could add your own scent as well. 
  • Relaxation - Lavender and chamomile combine to help you relax and ease the stress away.  This would be a great blend to get the kids ready to settle down before bedtime, and it works for moms too.
  • Soothing - Yarrow, Oatmeal, and Marshmallow herbs combine to soothe dry and itchy skin and help heal minor wounds.  A lavender rosemary essential oil blend works together with the included herbs to give you relief.
  • Joint and Muscle -Arnica, chamomile, and sage can soothe discomfort to promote recovery.  The essential oil blend of wintergreen, eucalyptus, rosemary, and thyme helps you relax and rejuvenate your mind and body.


  • 16 oz jar, this should be good for approximately 8-10 baths, depending on how much you use for each bath.
  • Unscented jar filled to 16oz, others are filled to 14 oz by weight.
