Dead Sea Mud Natural Soap
The Dead Sea is a saltwater lake in the Middle East, located between Israel and Jordan. It's surface is more than 1400 feet below sea level, and the water is nearly 10 times saltier than the ocean. The high salt concentration prohibits most plants/animals from living there, which is where its name comes from. Mud from the Dead Sea has a naturally high content of salts and minerals that are claimed to be essential for the body. Dead sea mud is known to cleanse and draw out impurities from the skin as well as tighten and tone the complexion, giving a refreshed look.
This soap is an all-natural, cold process soap made with plant based oils and 100% pure essential oils. In general, aromatic plants can be boiled to release their essential oils, which are then captured and concentrated to make essential oils. Olive oil, coconut oil, sustainable palm oil, and castor oil, along with glycerin that is a byproduct of the saponification process (chemical reaction that makes soap) all attribute to the moisturizing properties of this soap. It is 100% biodegradable, with nothing artificial, nothing synthetic, no detergents, and no GMO's; just wholesome ingredients. Treat yourself to this affordable luxury; your skin and the Earth will thank you!
Each bar is handmade and will vary slightly in weight from bar to bar. These bars weigh approximately 4.5 ounces each after curing for at least 6 full weeks. Because of the handmade nature, please allow for slight variations in color and/or size.
